Our Kilimanjaro Mountain View Campsite offers various beautiful camping grounds, amazing views of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru, cultural coffee tour, and trekking around the border of Kilimanjaro National Park including accessibility to three different waterfalls (Materuni, Shimbwe, Shimboni waterfalls) during your staying. You have access to a restaurant and bathrooms on the campground. Come with your friends and family and experience the traditional life of Kilimanjaro (Chagga tribe). Relax at our Kilimanjaro Mountain View Campsite and enjoy the wonderful view of Africa’s highest peak. Explore the beautiful nature on guided walks to some of the most breathtaking waterfalls of the Kilimanjaro region.

I grew up in the village and have been to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro for 60 times! I'm your host and the Manager of Kilimanjaro Mountain View Campsite. I also own Shimbwe Meadows Guest House, a safari and mountain climbing company, so you will be able to book your whole trip with us. Our guesthouse is located about 40 min drive from Moshi town up the amazing Kilimanjaro. the road is surrounded by beautiful banana farms, rivers and valleys, and lots of smiling faces of our village people.
