Fully equipped apartment including washing machine. Nicely a comfortably decorated. Eddy is very decent guy with perfect english so comminucatio was easy. Payment was allowed ven in EUR. A few minutes from airport but quite.

The Apartment was very comfortable. The beds were absolutely great. The employees on the compound were very very nice and extraordinary helpful. The tenant Eddy is a very pleasant man who is very helpful too. Here are two examples: I broke my hand on the beach and he and the driver helped me through the Hospital. And one of the employees even build a little terrace for us so we had a better view at the ocean and we could enjoy the sunset. We can really recommend this place.

I loved that Eddy contacted me, confirming my reservation as soon as I made it. On arrival, the staff were incredible and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I arrived pretty late, but they waited so I could get in with no issues! To say the villa is gorgeous is an understatement. The space is breathtaking, and the view is unmatched. The villa sits perfectly between the airport and Stone Town, so getting around is easy. Eddy and the team were always available to answer any questions and make recommendations! The only mistake I made was booking only one night!!!! Incredible!!!

Das Apartment hat eine absolut tolle Lage. Es besitzt einen direkten Zugang zum Strand und befindet sich in einer schönen, ruhigen Wohngegend. Außerdem kommt man sehr schnell in die Stadt und hat einen guten Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Eddy war sehr nett, äußerst hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Wir hatten sehr schöne Weihnachten. Sehr schönes Apartement. Gute Lage und sehr sicher. Wir konnten sogar schon früh morgens ins apartement rein und auch die Checkout zeit war sehr flexibel. Die Torjungs machen einen guten Job. Wir haten jedoch ein paar kleinere Probleme. Das Internet ist nicht immer in jedem zimmer gleich stabiel, jedoch meistens brauchbar. Die Wasserpumpe ist kurzfristig ausgefallen, jedoch wurde es innerhalb vom 15 minuten Repariert.

El alojamiento es precioso y super cómodo ,Eddy en todo momento te ayuda y te consigue las mejores tarifas para actividades , excursiones , etc... El alojamiento es tal y como se ve en las fotos , sales al Jardin y bajas unas escaleras que dan a una playa que apenas hay nadie , super bonita , maxima tranquilidad , siempre hay alguien en la casita de la entrada a la finca por si necesitas asistencia y a 5 minutos del pueblo que te pueden venir un tuk tuk a buscar por 2€ o taxi ...El lugar es único!!

Lovely property. Loved the view. By the beach. Great host. Renovated recently. Very clean. Spacious rooms and very nice furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom had all necessary amenities. The place had a guard that helped us with our baggage.
