A very nice green property with a friendly dog. The house is excellent and has communal spaces both inside and out. The bedrooms are simple but fine and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Home away from home, with fresh breeze from Lake Victoria. 6-Bedrooms house available as entire house or as individual rooms. Prices negotiable for long stays Upstairs - 4 Bedrooms: 2 Spacious bedrooms located upstairs (each with ensuite bathroom). Both rooms open to large Italian-style balconies to relax overlooking a big garden with mature trees & a treehouse. 2 more spacious bedrooms upstairs (with balconies) that share a bathroom. Downstairs - two bedrooms; 1 very large bedroom with twin beds located downstairs with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. 1 more bedroom also located downstairs with a double bed and an adjacent toilet and shower

Neighbourhood information

Located in a quiet and calm residential area of Kawuku Bunga, close to the shores of lake Victoria and Gaba beach. The villa is a few minutes walk from Las Vegas Gardens Hotel which has a swimming pool, sauna/spa, gym, bar, a children's play area and several sports facilities (football, volleyball, basketball, etc) Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort is also within 5-10 minutes drive. There is easy access to the city centre, Entebbe Airport via the express highway and within vicinity of Bunga, Kansanga, Kabalagala and Muyenga shopping centers. There is a police post a few meters from the gate to ensure more security. From Kampala or Entebbe airport, join Ggaba Road. At Oryx petro station in Bunga take a left on Bunga road after 400 meters take the third left turn into Hamis Kigundu Road. Slope down the road turn left on the sign post of Las Vegas Gardens Hotel, at the end of the road, turn right and continue until you join Nyanzi Mukwaya Lane and the property is located right at the end. Guests can request a car hire or walk to the nearby Hamis Kigundu Road for public transport. There is ample parking in a safe well-guarded gated compound
