If you are booking less than 30 days out, the full amount is due up front. After placing your reservation, you will receive a text message asking you to verify your ID. This must be completed, or your reservation will be cancelled. This property is located in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties. :) This beautiful oceanfront property offers oversized porches on both sides, plenty of parking and a 6 person Hot Tub, plus with a layout equaling over 4000 sqft there is plenty of space for the whole family! Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 3 having direct access to an oceanfront deck. Each guest bedroom has its own private bath. Two in-suite and one with hallway access. The main bedroom, fit for royalty, features a spa-like in-suite bath with custom tilework, dual vanities, glass walk-in shower, heated floor, electronic blinds a walk-in closet and a large jet tub. Smart TV’s in bedrooms 1-4. Bedroom 1(upstairs): KING BED Bedroom 2 (upstairs): QUEEN BED Bedroom 3 (upstairs): QUEEN BED Bedroom 4 (upstairs): TWIN Sunroom (downstairs): QUEEN Sleeper Sofa During your stay you will enjoy the following amenities: Complimentary Wi-Fi, AC/Heating, Propane grill, surround sound, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, standard coffee maker, Vitamix blender, iron, ironing board, and all linens & towels. NO Smoking or Pets allowed. Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM. You must be at least 30 years old to rent this property. The property is monitored by a noise monitoring system. It does not listen or record but will alert you and the office if your group goes above the noise ordinance limit. If this occurs your group may be asked to vacate the property or be fined.
