All our homes are privately owned and are all furnished uniquely - our photos are examples of what our homes look like. We offer different types of private pool homes - a value home - a luxury home - and our executive homes where you will have a games room or an outdoor in ground spa. ( please note the spa is not heated - it can be for an additional charge ) Value homes come with everything you need for your perfect vacation - they are fully furnished and equipped with towels linens and kitchen ware Luxury homes - have all that the value homes does but has upgraded furnishings Executive homes have all that the luxury home has plus either a games room or in ground spa by the pool Please read the description and look at the photos of each specific property before booking. You will be required to pay a property protection plan on check in of 85 USD + tax - this is non refundable. Pools can be heated at an additional charge - there are some restrictions. All guests are required to pre-register before arrival - guests need to follow the instructions provided in our initial email after the booking is made. Failure to complete the registration may result in non entry.
All our homes are owned by private individuals - they are not part of a company or a resort. Like you the owners will furnish the homes to their taste - and will equip the house with items of their choosing. There are no set requirements for an owner to provide anything other than basic equipment and they do not provide personal items such as wash cloths etc.
All our homes are located within a 30 minute drive to Disney
