Completely Renovated ENGLEWOOD Villa - 6 mins TO BEACHES !! Ocean Breeze is a fun family vacation home that was decorated by a professional. Every item and colors were carefully chosen - to elevate your vacation experience and remove your stress. Very close to famous beaches - Englewood, Blind Pass, Caspersen, Manasota Key, Boca Grande & Venice Famous Warm Mineral Springs and multiple Golf courses nearby, including a nature park that kids can enjoy. **An Angler's and Boater's Paradise on Lemon Bay** This home is ideal for fishing, boating and water enthusiasts. Located right on Lemon Bay, there is easy access to the Gulf of Mexico through Stump Pass, or enjoy fishing and boating on the beautiful bay. There is ample dockage for your boat, and ramps are located across the street at Ainger Creek Park. Adjacent the bungalow is a marina for all of your boating and fishing needs. Unique shops and fabulous restaurants are close by. 30 mins to historic Venice downtown fabulous for restaurants & shopping. **The space** Modern dreamy and a luxurious vacation Home to create lasting memories for your family vacation. It was geared to get families together and have fun. I has a great Pool, a Tiki bar, a lovely Lanai as well as a Family game room. It also has a cozy corner to read a book by the fireplace if you want that peace and quiet at night. **Access to the Canal and proximity to the Ocean** If you have a boat, feel free to bring it with you. Englewood is so lovely that two counties – Charlotte and Sarasota along Florida’s Gulf Coast – insist on sharing in its beauty. Englewood's uncrowded beach is pure and wide and has excellent facilities. Just south, you'll find Blind Pass Park, a fantastic place for shelling and finding sharks' teeth. Plenty of golf is available in and around Englewood, and the birding is great. You can also try parasailing or rent a jetski. Fishing in Englewood is also outstanding and several companies will take you out on their boats. Absolutely embark on an eco-tour of Lemon Bay. You’ll almost certainly see dolphins, manatees, and all kinds of shorebirds and wildlife. Famous town of Venice is only 30 mins from here. Nearest Airport: Sarasota Bradenton International Airport Punta Gorda Airport We have a Publix (grocery store) a mile down the road. You can hire jet skis, boats just a mile away
