Use the 2 Kayaks or Launch and Tie up your own boat launches only one mile away at the Public Boat Launch. You have sole access to entire 1/2 acre residence and waterfront. You are equidistant between the villages of Lake Luzerne and Corinth both have Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pizza places, Banks, Gas, parks, Tennis, etc... 9 Hole Golf course at the Bend of the river. Tubing on the Sackandaga River You are 17 miles from the Saratoga Performing Arts Center where major events are held. Halfway between Saratoga Springs and Lake George.
