Please include the following in your reservation request so the Aloha Hotel can honor your reservation request:

- Postal code for credit card statement if different than physical address postal code

- CVC code for the card you would like us to charge

- Approximate arrival time. Without correct information given to hotel, the hotel will be unable to accept the reservation and will cancel.

Guest credit card is required at the time of arrival

All rooms are non-smoking/vaping. You agree to a charge for smoking in or near rooms or not using ash trays at designated areas. The designated smoking area is by the pool at the ashtray stands - not near or in rooms. By requesting this reservation, you understand that you will incur this fee if you smoke in any room.

If your room has a kitchenette, the kitchen must be returned as found to avoid incidental charges. Any damage in room is considered an incidental. We provide white towels and linens and those need to be white at the end of your stay. We provide cleaning towels under the sinks, paper towels, and tissues.

Kindly be informed that the late check out fee is $50 and the early check in fee is $50.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Aloha Hotel Palm Springs in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A damage deposit of US$300 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
