Newly constructed (200sf) room located in quiet Arden Park neighborhood. The kitchen in the middle separates this 4-bedroom house. On your side of the house, in addition to your bedroom, there is a storage room, your private bathroom, a shared laundry room, and an entryway from the garage.
I have been hosting international exchange students, businessmen, travel nurses, and other short-term guests for many years. I love meeting, learning, caring, and interacting with people from all walks of life. Caring and putting a smile on their faces makes me happy.
Walk to Wholefoods, Danielle's Crepes, Spaghetti Factory, Starbucks, B of A, Chase and US Bank. Close to Arden Mall, Lyon Village, and Hwy 50 (all within 1 mile). There are 2 public parks in the neighborhood, American River bike trail is 1.7 mile and public library.
