This centrally located modern and bright apartment gives you a sense of peace the moment you walk in. The owner's minimalist design, sprinkled with his original artwork throughout, and with the conveniences one may desire, this unique apartment is ideal for a stay in Glendale, for business or pleasure alike. In addition to all the comforts and the aesthetically pleasing ambiance, here you will experience true hospitality, with the warmth and care that are the essence of hosting!
Life is wonderful and must be lived to the fullest! With that said, I'm an Engineer by day, and any spare time I have is spent with my family and friends, travelling, cooking, reading, enjoying the outdoors, photography, designing and making custom jewelry, painting, mosaics, improving my archery skills, listening to music, and of course HOSTING :) Watching TV is not really my thing ... can you tell? :)
The apartment is in downtown Glendale, walking-distance to Brand Blvd., just south of a major freeway. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby within 5 to 15 min walking or 5 min driving. Though in the city center, the neighborhood is quiet. Parking is free on the street where there is always ample space within the block. The only restriction is the street cleaning days to pay attention to depending on the side of the street where parking is not allowed one day per week each side during the morning hours. On the East side of the street, by the apartment building: - No parking 8am to 10am on Tuesdays - 2 hour parking 9am to 6pm, once per day per block, Sundays and Holidays excepted On the West side of the street, across from the apartment building: - No parking 8am to 10am on Wednesdays Getting around is very easy, walking, driving, taking Uber or Lift, as well as local public transport.
