Please note, no cleaning fee will be charged upon arrival if you choose to clean the property prior to departure. It must be as good as when you arrived. However, a check of $150, would be collected at the check-in if you choose not to clean the property.

The security deposit must be by personal check, and the cleaning fee can be by cashier's check or personal check.

If a death in the family the cancellation fee can be waived upon receipt of a copy of death certificate.

Garbage pick-up is on Friday mornings around 8:00 A.M. A $200 fee will be charged and taken out of your security deposit of any garbage left at the property.

Any alcohol abuse at the property you will be asked to leave and no money refunded for unused time.

The fireplace is not to be used at the property and no firepits as well, any signs of usage a fee of $100 taken from security deposit.

A liability waiver will be asked to be signed 5 days prior to your arrival at the property. The owner is not responsible for any accidents or property loss.

No tents are allowed on property. Tax will be collected at time of retaining property.

Linens and towels are not provided

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Beach-Seasonstides in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size.

A damage deposit of US$350 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
