We are a small company that runs vacation homes and service apartments. Our goal is to provide comfortable and cozy homes and budget conscious travelers.

Property information

Beautiful home located 10-minute walk from SUNY, Cortland. Home has fenced backyard, enclosed patio and is located in a safe quiet neighborhood. There's a full kitchen with granite countertops and appliances. A nice living room with a smart TV with Netflix, streaming TV, etc available. Parking is available. Fast wireless internet. TVs in living room and some bedrooms.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is quiet and close to SUNY Cortland. Many staff and faculty live in the neighborhood. You can walk through a quiet park to the college. It is also a 10-minute walk to a big shopping complex with grocery stores, banks, pharmacy, fast food and several restaurants.
