My Business Luxe Miami Condos by Joe Semary was started in 2012. I fell into the vacation hosting business from a part time marketing job into a career and lifestyle. I do live in Ohio and commute to Miami Beach half of the year from weeks to months at a time. I Love a true tropical climate and often make my way down to the Caribbean to get that total beach seclusion! Write me for your next visit to Miami Beach.

Offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and South Beach's Art Deco district, this elegant all-suite hotel boasts an unrivaled beachfront location along with exceptional amenities and luxurious accommodations. The Miami Beach Front Apartment is surrounded by some of Miami's most popular sites. Numerous world-famous restaurants, luxury shopping and an exciting nightlife can be found only steps away. The Miami Convention Center as well as Miami International Airport are also located nearby. This spacious studio at the South Beach Miami Beachfront Apartment is equipped with state-of-the-art furnishings, including a kitchenette and flat-screen TV. Guests at the apartment can also enjoy a refreshing swim in the spacious pool, relax on the beach in comfy beach chairs, or take advantage of the on-site hair dresser. South Beach is a great choice for travelers interested in nightlife, restaurants and food.
