First off, I love the view from the room, it's absolutely stunning! The apt is very nice. It had everything we needed to have a wonderful family vacation. The room and bathrooms were very well stocked with all that we needed. Pools were clean and heated, which was pretty cool. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was a nice touch. TV and internet worked well, and owners even had board games, which made nights fun with the family. The beach is right outside, just walk downstairs and out the back and you're good to enjoy a nice day at the beach. And it's in a great location. Most restaurants were 2-8 mins away, store was like 4 mins. Overall, my family had a great time, and we will be back!!

Welcome to your family vacation home in Pelican Beach Resort Destin, FL with all the conveniences of a direct beach vacation rental. Your condo is at 8th floor, optimizes your endless gulf view with the ease of beach access. With the recent renovations and upgrades, we want our guests to feel like they are staying on their beach home. Your home is in the heart of Destin and just a short distance from The Harbor Walk, directly across the street from Big Kahuna Water & Adventure Park. Enjoy the ocean view while resting. Pelican Beach has heated indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, beach services, umbrella and chair rentals (also provided in our condo for free) and on-site security and front desk.
Our goal is to provide you a family-owned, home-like warm place to stay to make sure you will come back for sure!
Across the street from Big Kahuna Water & Adventure Park, short distance from The Harbor Walk, many of the restaurants nearby are landmarks in Destin. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet mall is seven miles east. The brand new Destin Commons outdoor shopping mall is at the corner of the Mid Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. It has a huge movie theater complex, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Fishing shop, Johnnie Rockets, and all the mall shops you have come to know and love in a beautiful outdoor setting.
