Come for a perfect vacation and family time in beautifully decorated newly constructed home. Beach is just 4 min walk. There is an outdoor shower to wash off before entering in the house. Specially love the layout; two bedrooms at the first level where kids can have lot of fun without any disturbance to adults sleeping in master bedroom upstairs. Full bath downstairs makes it easier to manage. Specious open kitchen upstairs with dining area, balcony and big living space with large TV. NO PETS
Newly construct 10 houses in a small community. Backyard is maintained by HOA and no pets are allowed strictly Two cars can be parked in drive way and additionally two cars can be parked inside the garage if you want. Otherwise you can let kids have fun in closed garage. Five additional parking in community for first come first serve basis. Very nice community. Lot of eateries around - Pizza shop just round the corner and tons of restaurants, grills/bar nearby. Food Lion is 5 min walk or 2 min drive Helicopter ride is across the road, Myrtle Beach Airport is just 1 mile away but still no noice
