If it's time for a little friendly competition, rack up the balls and shoot some pool by the gas fireplace while you watch a game on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Or pop up some popcorn and cozy up in the front living room where you can switch on the gas fireplace and watch a movie or a favorite show. This home also includes a private hot tub for the ultimate relaxation. And as for sleeping arrangements, there are six cozy bedrooms here for a grand total of two king-size beds, four queens, and one twin bunk for the kids. Things to know: There is absolutely zero tolerance for parties in this home. Quiet hours are designated from 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. and will be strictly enforced.
