Chez is very friendly and helpfull. She recomended trips in worse weather - like to Oleta state river park. House is located in safe part of Northern Miami Beach. It is close to all main directions if you travel by public transport - 1 minute from bus stop line 9 - north to Aventura or south to Miami Design district. Only 15 minutes walk thru nice garden tree park to Wallmart and Publix or for bus 75 to beach - Haulover or Collins. If you have car, there is place to park it. Kitchen is equiped with all what you need. Bathroom is clean and you have allways hot water :-)
