This is a property in Little Havana, an area very popular with Cuban immigrants many years ago. Originally built in 1950, but we remodeled it entirely, yet keeping its historic features. The property is located a few blocks from coffee shops and restaurants in famous Little Havana's Calle Ocho. And about 6 blocks from Brickell Financial District, and Downtown Miami. We demolished the whole interior and exterior, saving the original façade and their oak hardwood floors. We did entire plumbing, electrical, hurricane impact windows, hurricane impact doors, new bathrooms and kitchens. New furniture and TVs. The outdoor was redone, new grass, outdoor furniture and fence to enclose the whole building. It was a 10-month project with great success. Our guests love it and it shows on the reviews. I've lived in Miami for 30 years, with a background in Architecture & Electronics, I work in construction, where I design/remodel for clients & real estate investors from abroad, mostly. Then I buy ugly houses to transform and make them shine again. I teach my kids how to repair and remodel houses from an early age. So much that at the age of 4 they knew how to install a toilet or install a kitchen faucet. I enjoy very much the process of transforming old properties and passing it onto them. Today we love hosting travelers from around the world! If they plan to arrive late, I am the type of host that will ask and make sure they will have some groceries there. I will do anything so my guests feel at home. We also rent cars, so our guests can SAVE money when visiting Miami and have all in one place for their convenience. And, in addition, we have a Property Management Co. and a TV/Film/Photo Studio for television productions & content creators.

Super safe, easy access to most places. Very convenient for those visiting.
