This recently renovated home is located in Southern Orchards, a historic neighborhood near Nationwide Children's Hospital. The property is a short drive to The Ohio State University, dining and entertainment options in the Short North and Old Towne East, the Greater Columbus Convention Center, Franklin Park Conservatory, Easton Town Center and so much more.

Southern Orchards is an established neighborhood on the near south side of Columbus, Ohio. The neighborhood has undergone significant revitalization and beautification in the last several years, and work is ongoing. This is largely due to its proximity to Nationwide Children's Hospital, German Village and Downtown Columbus. Since 2008, more than 90 properties have been improved through the hospital’s Healthy Homes program and continued revitalization is occurring along the major streets of Livingston and Parsons Avenues as the city moves to reconnect downtown to its surrounding neighborhoods Traveling by car is the easiest way to get around while visiting this home.
