Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced. Indulge in a relaxing soak in the mountain view hot tub on your private balcony. Complimentary WiFi, cable TV, a high chair, and a washer/dryer are provided as well. Your reservation includes a pass that allows you to access the on-site Lake Village amenities, including a seasonal heated pool, a hot tub, saunas, a playground, seasonal pickleball and tennis courts, and a clubhouse with Ping-Pong and pool tables. THINGS TO KNOW The property is accessed via two flights of exterior stairs from the parking area. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. This home is not equipped with air conditioning. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is enforced/patrolled 24 hours a day (meaning even an afternoon barbecue with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine up to 2,000 USD (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the no-party policy may result in eviction. Quiet hours are designated from 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. and will be strictly enforced. Hot tub use is prohibited after 10 pm. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC.
