Studio for four people facing the incredible beaches of Sunny Isles. Our cozy unit blends proximity to the sea with luxurious amenities. Direct beach access or enjoy the pool with a direct ocean view. Fully equipped gym. The space, elegantly furnished, boasts a full kitchen and two double beds. Your perfect getaway awaits! Resort fee and parking not included in the stay price (see additional details). Guest Information Following the reservation, guests must provide a photograph of their ID for accommodation registration, which they will need to present upon check-in at the front desk. Resort Fee (NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE) Mandatory fee of 250 for reservations of 10 nights or more and 450 for reservations of 9 nights or less, for the entire rental stay, corresponding to the use of resort amenities including: access card to the unit, wireless internet connection, beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, pool access, gym access (all amenities are subject to availability). Payment of the resort fee is mandatory and must be paid by the guest prior to check-in. The payment method will be established after the reservation. Parking (optional) A daily parking fee of 25.00 + tax will be applied regardless of the length of stay. For monthly rentals, parking will be 500.00.
