Kick back in the welcoming Great Room by the stunning rock fireplace or whip up favorite recipes in the well-equipped chef's kitchen. The 10,000 square foot lot has a fenced yard, a playground, a fire pit, and a private sauna. This all-season getaway offers easy access to skiing, hiking, and Fallen Leaf Lake -- in addition to magnificent Lake Tahoe itself. LIVING AREA Serving as the social heart of the home, the Great Room features floor-to-ceiling picture windows, vaulted ceilings, and dramatic wood beams. Enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the smart TV. The couch converts to a sleeper. KITCHEN & DINING The sparkling chef's kitchen features a full suite of appliances, granite countertops, and a three-person island. When meals are ready, the table seats seven. Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 12 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guests being fined up to 2,000 USD (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok). VHR21-0735

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The fenced yard includes a sauna and a gas grill. In the evening, gather for conversation around the gas fire pit. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for up to four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during the winter months. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
