Relax in this chic and artfully designed condo. This sun-kissed 2-bedroom top-floor apartment in Irving Park is located in the city, but away from the hustle and bustle in a tree-lined quiet green neighborhood You can go just about anywhere in the city in 20 - 30 min as we are 2 minutes to the 24/7 EL blue line stop (train) and the I90/94 interstate. Our apartment is perfectly situated halfway between downtown Chicago & O’Hare airport. We are in a crime-free part of Chicago & have FREE PARKING Our sunny furnished apartment has abundant natural light and all that you need to relax after a day of work/ school, visiting family, or all the wonders Chicago has to offer. The bedroom has a queen bed, perfect for 2. If you require additional accommodation let us know and we can provide extra air mattresses and other things that you might need. Our apartment comes with a full kitchen, equipped with stainless appliances. There is a smart TV, and high-speed internet in the whole unit. The building also has a coin-operated laundry facility. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, cookware, basic spices, cooking oil, basic supplies for your use (coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, snacks)
We are both friendly people and open to conversation but understand that many guests want privacy. We would be more than happy to guide you on where to go (or not go), what to eat, how to get there, just ask! If you don't reach out, we'll happily keep our distance. We are very respectful of space and will follow your lead. We will not enter your rented space unless by request or in the case of an emergency. We are available to you if you need anything.
Iconic Chicago architecture lives in Irving Park, from Victorian mansions to turn-of-the-century bungalows — some buildings even predate the Great Chicago Fire of 1871. The first thing to do is stroll The Villa District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. “The Villa”, recognized as an official Chicago landmark district, collection of 126 bungalows that use the Prairie School architectural styles for inspiration. Easy transportation from our building to Wrigley Field. We are just 3 miles west of Wrigley hence the #80 bus straight down Irving Park towards the lake will take you there. This bus runs from 4 am to Midnight. Transitchicago/bus/80/ We are less a block from the 24*7 Blue Line train (Irving Park Stop) We feel safe walking to and from the Blue Line station even after midnight. Walking distance to YMCA, Xsport Fitness, CVS, Jewel Osco, 7-11, McD, Chipotle. 4 blocks from a city park with tennis courts and indoor swimming pool.
