The Cozy Apartment was just perfect in every way. Even decor was lovely. There was a huge assortment of books, a nice selection of tv channels to choose from. Great and convenient location and very quiet!

Settle down and relax in this exceptionally clean one bedroom In-Law Suite. Featuring wood floors, kitchenette, spacious living room area, clean linens, supple furniture, walk-in closet, and cozy bedroom nook with a quality mattress to ensure you have a good night's rest. Your private space comes with an outside patio, all located in the historic Earlewood neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants and all of Columbia's downtown attractions only minutes away.
I love cozy spots. I want to wake up in one every day, shuffle into the kitchen to a hot coffee...french press, latte, Cuban? That is the decision I want to face me in the am. Then, to sit among things that delight me as the day awakens to me. My home sends me out to face the possibility of the new day and I know it will be ready to receive me again when my adventures come to a close. Check in and out are set-up to enable you to do so on your own, but I'm only a message away to help or to make your stay more comfortable.
In the up-and-coming historic Columbia neighborhood the area locals refer to as NOMA ("New Main") Earlwood is the go-to neighborhood for many young professionals and families who want to be close to the hub of down town Columbia. There are great neighborhoods here and on the other side of town (Rosewood); we live here in Earlewood because it's infinitely easier to get anywhere downtown in minutes. We're only two miles to major city destination points such as Main Street, the Colonial Life Arena, the Vista, and Township Auditorium. Other major points points of interest such as The University of South Carolina and Five Points are only three miles from your doorstep.
