This garden unit is a great space to relax away from Chicago loudness and Wrigleyville fun. It is located on a quiet street, steps away from the Wrigley field (6mins walk), Lake Michigan (16mins walk), Boystown (1min walk) and Southport corridor. The unit features an open concept with two queen beds in two different areas and a twin bed in its designated, private area. This specious, studio setup unit has a kitchnette and a space for a dinning table hangout. *Let us know if you are bringing a pet *This nonsmoking unit can host up to 7 people - We can provide an air mattress upon req. *Parking in the area (and most of Chicago) is NOT free *Private parking is available upon availability for a fee - Please inquire 7days prior your arrival. *Gatherings or parties are not allowed *House quite hrs are 10pm-7am
