メール等での事前案内が丁寧かつ迅速でした。 事前にSMSで部屋に入るためのパスが送られてくることになっていたのですが、着いてからメッセージにパスが書いていないことに気付きました。booking.comのチャットで連絡したところ、すぐに返事をくれて、問題なく入室できました。 部屋は広く、清潔感がありました。 キングサイズのベッドとトイレと風呂がそれぞれ２つずつ、さらにLDKに大きなソファベッド（普段シングルの布団で寝ている私はのびのびできる大きさ）があり、大人3人で快適に過ごすことができました。 ハンドタオルとバスタオルは4人分ありました。 シャンプー、リンス、コンディショナーも備え付けてあります。 キッチンには冷蔵庫、調理器具（鍋、おたま等）や食器（平皿、ボウル、マグカップなど）、ケトル、コーヒーメーカーなど一通り揃っています。無いのは箸くらいです。 洗濯機と乾燥機もあり、問題なく使えました。私は持参したものを使いましたが、ジェルボールの洗剤も数個置いてありました。 今回あまり活用しませんでしたが、最上階のジムやプール、ラウンジも使えます。 ダラスの中心地にあり、立地も大変良かったです。 快適に滞在できました、ありがとうございました。
