It’s a high-floor corner unit so it has: • Lots of windows for that “openness feeling” • Extra private balcony off the Master Bedroom…great place to enjoy your morning coffee and enjoy the Gulf and Beach views THIS 1 BED ROOM WITH BUNK ROOM AND 2 baths is a Spectacular Bay front condo In the SANDPIPER BUILDING (UNIT #501) - BAYSIDE with views of the Gulf from the Master bedroom private balcony and views of the bay, PRIVATE NEW MARINA and the Bay waterway from the living room balcony. Our condo comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 private balconies. The master bedroom balcony/PATIO has a breathtaking view of the emerald waters and sugar white sands of the Gulf. The living room balcony overlooks scenic Choctawhatchee Bay, the lush landscaping of our 700 ft Lazy River Pool, heated pool with waterfall pool, zero entry pool and hot tubs. Our condo, with the free, secure Wi-Fi, is part of Destin West Beach and Bay Resort which provides our bayside guests access to the fitness center,

Staying in a 5th floor corner condo makes a BIG DIFFERENCE with all the outside windows and bedroom terrace. We have a passion to pay first-hand, special attention to this property, unlike some mega rental company. We make sure this condo is at it's best for your enjoyment. I know you will love this beautiful unit as you sit on the living room balcony viewing the Lazy River, Water-Fall and Zero-Entry Pools, Hot Tubs and Bay, or enjoy the best of views of the sand dunes and Gulf from your private bedroom terrace. The bay side Marina is GREAT for fishing or just roaming around. ALL OF DESTIN WEST RESORT is your's to enjoy with lots of free parking.
