-The house was built in 1905. It is not a modern type but an OLD Charming House -Has own private entrance (See photos Red Door with Red Stairs) -You are renting NOT the whole house but the WHOLE MAIN FLOOR on the 2nd floor of a big, 3 storey house. It is private. Other guests in level 1 and level 3 has no access here. The whole main floor is ALL YOURS. -It has 1 King Bed for 2 people or family with Children and Queen size Sofa Bed for extra people. (Please check all photos) -With big and complete Kitchen and 1 Bathroom (FREE teas, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toiletries) -With dining room, 2 living rooms and sunny room -It is limited to 4 people only. As we do not encourage loud noises and parties or any event in the house -For family- please observe the quiet environment of the house. If you have Children, please do not let the children running around the house and stomp their feet in RESPECT to other guest at the lower level. -LIMIT 2 pets are allowed with a FEE per stay. Payment must be paid direct to the Host and please do not let the pet make any unnecessary noise (There's other guest on the lower and upper level of the house). Do not leave the pet unattended -Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE only -No any kind of parties, events, occasions or gatherings -Very spacious main floor, clean, quiet, peaceful neighborhood -High speed and reliable wifi -Washer and dryer (Shared with other guest living on the other floor of the house). Located on the 2nd floor. -FREE 11 Parking Spaces available -Deck with amazing view with barbecue grills (Shared) -You can check in late or even the next day
