The outdoor patio with fire pit is a great place to gather with the nice weather! Amenities: We use high quality amenities throughout the house like Charmin, Bounty, Starbucks coffee, Tide detergent, and branded shampoo/body wash. High end finishes throughout the home with Cafe appliances in the kitchen, soaking tubs in the bathrooms, and 100% cotton towels. Fast Internet, electric fireplaces, and Smart TVs Absolutely no parties or events allowed. We have exterior cameras to monitor this. Must be able to climb stairs Check in & Security: There is a self check in keypad at the door for your security as well as exterior cameras. House layout: First floor has the open living, dining, kitchen and half bath Second floor has 2 master bedrooms with King size beds and connected bathrooms. All memory foam medium mattresses for a good night's sleep! The laundry room with new Samsung washer & dryer are on the 2nd floor. Third floor has 3 bedrooms - 2 Queens and 1 bedroom with 2 twins as well as a full bath.
