Welcome to this gorgeous suite centrally located so you can enjoy all Saint Pete and tampa Bay Area has to offer . Only 8 miles to Madeira Beach, 7 miles to Saint Pete pier, 9 miles to John Pass village, 18 miles to Tampa International Airport and many more attractions within minutes driving. The unit has a kitchenette with pots, pans, utensils, microwave, coffee maker and complimentary Coffee, sugar, oil, salt and Pepper for your convenience. The BBQ grill is located in a common area, feel free to use. The laundry and dryer are located in a common area, feel free to use for stays of a week or longer. we also provide a clothes drying rack too. Our house is a smoke free facility, you can smoke outdoors but not indoor. Failure to do so , there will be a charge of 250 USD for deep cleaning.

There is one to dry your feet and another for your body, please use them accordingly. avoid wiping the floor with the Towels . There is a mop outside the unit for your use. please don't remove your makeup with the white towels, please use your products and napkins or dark towels when provided.
