(property has exterior cameras) *Driveway/Parking area is shared with second unit, no other space is shared *This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property (including infants and children) at any time, must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 6. *Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder into patios belonging to other units in the property. * Early checkin and Late check out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee per hour to alter the check in or check out time *We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of snow, rain, smoke from fires and closures to the national park The thermostat is set to allow you to set it to a minimum and maximum temperature. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees. Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June. Peace and quiet are what you will find in this mountain community! You will see far more trees than people! Please do be mindful of noise though as sound does travel in the mountains.
