Hummingbird Estate invites you to stay in the heart of Southern Oregon wine country. Our historic property offers a breathtaking view of the Rogue Valley. The five sunlight rooms of The Inn, on the second floor of our 1926 estate home and tasting room, come with a king-size bed, private bath, and unique decor to complement the home's original detailing and architecture. The Inn at Hummingbird Estate is perfect for wine tourists, visitors to the Britt or the Ashland Shakespeare Festival, travelers, or locals in search of a staycation. Your stay includes a complimentary tasting of our award-winning and family-favorite wines, available during regular business hours. At the foot of our hill, the Vineyard Cottage offers families and groups the amenities of a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, and is ideal for more extended stays.

Neighbourhood information

Hummingbird is a place like no other, rural and yet easily accessible. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front patio while watching the sun rise over views of Mt. McLoughlin. Spend your days visiting Crater Lake, walking through Jacksonville with the Britt Music Festival and local hiking trails, exploring Ashland with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, rafting the Rogue River, or visiting one of the many wineries within ten minutes of the property. Hummingbird Estate is 15 minutes from the Medford International Airport, two miles from Jacksonville, and sixteen miles from Ashland, Oregon, home of Southern Oregon University. Also nearby is the town of Central Point, home to the world's best cheesemaker, the Rogue Creamery. We are the closest lodging to Crater Lake National Park, which is just over an hour's drive away. Medford, the largest city in the area boasts many well-known restaurants and two of the nation's top-ranked hospitals. Hummingbird Estate is ten minutes from Interstate 5.
