The place was spotless, well maintained, and the staff was top notch. Between all the features available and the remarkably chill and friendly fellow guests, my wife and I never felt more relaxed after just 2 days at Mi Kasa. We will certainly be back, and often.

I am very pleased to be able to say that this year it was immediately apparent a lot of work had been carried out to bring the hotel back up to it's previous level. Good decoration, nice furniture, and the building in good condition. The pools were as always, really well looked after.

Desert Hot Springs itself is not the best area.
Desert Hot Springs itself is not the best area. There was lots of closed shops and litter everywhere. It is an ideal base to explore the wider area of Joshua Tree, Jacinta State Park and the surrounding canyons and El Morocco is a great.place to stay.
There is.a good Chinese restaurant close by and an excellent Mexican place in walking distance.

Desert Hot Springs is economically depressed compared to nearby Palm Springs. We stayed New Year's week, and a couple of the restaurants we had thought we'd try were still closed for the holidays. We selected Desert Hot Springs for the natural thermal water (apparently only one hotel in Palm Springs has genuine from-the earth hot water, but most in Desert Hot Springs do). If that's not important to you, stay in Palm Springs. We did two amazing hikes in the Indian Canyons near Palm Springs.

Desert Hot Springs is fine if you're coming specifically to a resort. The town itself is minimal, has few restaurants, and little entertainment. Close enough to Yucca Valley and Palm Springs for those things though.

I was taken aback by several experiences while on the property!
1) The entire property needs renovating and a quality check. For the pricing, furniture, decor and look should be at a higher and more pleasing level.
2) The food served at the restaurant was subpar at best. Lots of issues and food had to be returned and adjusted several times!?!
3) My largest issue was the caliber and presentation of the staff!!! I captured a video of a VERY LOADED Employee while there??? This employee, although very visibly high on something, wasn't asked to leave at all. She was simply asked to sit and fold napkins? She nodded off whole folding each individual napkin and practiced unsanitary habits while doing so!!!

Everything was super clean and organized for us to use. Gorgeous home with gorgeous views. Came here for mg bachelorette and it was perfect for our group. The hot tub and sauna was also perfect for those who stayed back to avoid hotel spa charges. The interior designing was also so charming and fitting with the dessert vibes. The owner was also very responsive and attentive with our questions. Definitely recommend!
I have stayed at several different places in Desert Hot Springs, and this one is my favorite so far, so I'll definitely be going back. The rooms are great with a full kitchen and dishes, and the pools and pool area are the cleanest I've seen. I was able to book a spa appointment last-minute on a Sunday, and the staff were very nice – when I left my jacket in the room, they very kindly shipped it back to me!
room, hot pools and the fact that the same water from the vents is what is piped into each room, even if the pressure and temperature fluctuate, it is nice to know it is healing waters throughout the resort in every room
Nice they keep abreast on the temperature at each hot pool and that one remains at 104-106 degrees
Attended to immediately when my TV wasn't working
we basically had the whole hotel for ourselves. it felt like renting a big villa and was great. the pool side is lovely. it’s in a quiet area. the room is really good and the whole setup is very cute. although the owner was not here, he made sure we managed to get all codes to get into the place. all the check in process was super easy and smooth.
The best kept secret in the world . I have travelled a lot . The lady up front I believe her name is Nadin was so warm and welcoming. The staff every one of them were so kind and helpful. The most relaxing hotel I have ever been . The hot spring water was so clean and truly relaxing. Thank you . Price is the best
Pools were very nice (and clean), which was the main reason for selecting this hotel. Staff circulated checking on pools the entire time we were soaking. Temperatures ranged from about 75 to 104 degrees, and they were not crowded. Area felt a bit sketchy, so the gated parking lot was a plus. 1950s vibe is cool.

So many good things to say about this hotel. The rooms are spacious, cheery and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel filled with colorful, fun decor. There is a fire pit at night and the mineral pool is heated. Lovely stay!
Nice location and good amenities. We were able to save significantly by staying in Desert Hot Springs instead of Palm Desert for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. I would have enjoyed more time to use the pool and jacuzzi.
Beautiful, large room with kitchenette, opening on a garden, very comfortable bedding. The hotel provides lots of areas to sit and relax. Breakfast is simple but ample. The two pools were gorgeous as well as the hot tub.
Great place! Beautiful view of the mountains from the pool, pool and jacuzzi 24 hours heated and open, the rooms are big and well decorated and the hotel itself its beautiful. Every time again.
Great location for us. Out of Palm Springs yet close enough. Smaller hotel, more like a boutique hotel. Terrific staff, terrific hot tub, free breakfast. Had a wonderful time.
Small cute hotel with a lot of space in the room. Comfortable beds and everything was clean! Pool area is nice, staff is very friendly! Breakfast has good options.
