Beach paradise! Take the elevator to the top floor of this spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bath beach condominium at Loggerhead Cay. This condo is meticulously maintained, updated and is loaded with extras and has the convenience of easy access to everything. This beautiful condo sleeps 6 and was recently refurbished throughout. It has a new king-sized bed and mattress in the master suite, a new queen-size bed and mattress and a twin bed with pull-out trundle in the guest room. For additional seating and enjoyment, there is a screened-in 4 season lanai with floor-to-ceiling, glass sliding doors. The condo has a new 55-inch 4K Smart TV with high-speed internet, plus a TV in each bedroom. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer and for added health safety this unit is outfitted with an indoor air quality system with a complete HVAC Ultraviolet light system, which sterilizes moving air throughout the air conditioning ductwork. The UV light unit is installed in the return air duct and cycles with the fan on, and has been proven effective in improving airborne air quality, killing bacteria and airborne pathogens!

Sanibel Island is recognized as one of the world’s best beaches. It is also known as one of the best family getaway locations for island vacations. The island is very close to the mainland, but it feels like another world. Gentle aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico, golden sand and warm sun hold sway throughout the year. Sanibel is 12 miles long and 4 miles wide, and is famous for the world-class shelling beaches which stretch along the coast. The unique geographical orientation from east to west makes the beaches perfect for collecting shells from the Gulf of Mexico. With no traffic lights, neon or high-rises, Sanibel has an authentic old-world Island charm. It is unlike anything else in The United States and a Sanibel Island vacation is a dream come true!
