This quaint neighborhood is gaining interest from real estate investors. It is near an ADM plant which employs many in Lincoln. It is also very close to 2 elementary schools and the bourgeoning Haymarket and Railyard districts. There is one parking spot onsite behind the house. You get to this parking spot through the alley. The driveway is gravel and a bit steep making it trickier in the winter months when it is covered in snow. There is also additional on-street parking. There is a bus stop at 9th and South street. Pharmacy and grocery shopping is within walking or biking distance.
