Centrally located at the start of the Balboa Peninsula, it is just a short walk to the beach from this recently renovated (with new furnishings) 1,100-square-foot vacation home. Enter the main home and you will be in a well-designed and furnished retreat with a well-equipped patio outfitted with a private hot tub. The living room area of the great room has a large cluster seating area from which you can enjoy a large TV and easy access to the well-furnished balcony/deck that has lots of comfortable seating and a gas grill for when meal-making needs to be easy. An updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator, also has granite countertops and everything else you need to create meals and snacks. The spacious primary bedroom sports a ceiling fan and a full en suite bath with a large shower. It also has a private patio space perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a coffee or libation at any time. There are also two other bedrooms: one queen and one full-over-full bunk. These bedrooms share a full hallway bath with a shower/tub combination. Additional amenities include cable and WiFi, large flatscreen TVs in each bedroom, and a washer/dryer.
