This renovated mid century modern-themed upstairs unit is 10 minutes from downtown Denver. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably. It offers an open floor plan and a large shared backyard. There is a roomy master suite with a king bed and a private bathroom. The bright modern kitchen is fully stocked with high-end finishes, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, and the living space has a fireplace. Plus there are two dedicated workspaces. Just out the back sliding door you will find a dining table for 8 and two additional stools with a charcoal grill (please provide your own charcoal), a wood burning fire pit (please provide your own wood and check current fire ban regulations), and an additional 2 lounge chairs surrounding the firepit. There's also a Brand New Hot that is free of use, but this amenity is shared with guests from the Downstairs unit. ☆ Brand new Hot Tub as of April 2023! ☆ This property is a duplex and you will be renting the Upstairs Unit. The Upstairs Unit is totally separate and inaccessible from the Downstairs Unit (which is also an Airbnb). Shared Space: Each unit has its own private dining area outside but we do ask that the hot tub be shared with the Downstairs Unit guests during your stay, if the Downstairs Unit is booked. This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors and downstairs guests is very important. No parties please! If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. During your stay the below maintenance may take place: - The hot tub crew usually stops by every Thursday. - The lawn care team typically drops by every Thursday. - The trash company collect garbage every Friday morning or on Saturday.

The neighborhood is fairly quiet and the direct neighbors are elderly couples so please be courteous and respect quiet hours (10 pm - 9 am). Overall the neighborhood is great! The specific location in the neighborhood is also great because it is right across the street from a very nice school, on a corner lot. There is a parking spot in the driveway and plenty of parking on the street. The best way to get around is via car or Uber. Biking is also an option if you are running errands nearby.
