Waterfront with large dock - bring your boat, go fishing, bring your furry friend(s), and your entire family. We have plenty of room for everyone! Features: - 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! - FULLY LOADED kitchen - LOADED COFFEE BAR - Keurig, coffee maker, & Nespresso machines - shampoo, conditioner, soaps - Sunroom - Fully enclosed pool - Tiki hut - private dock Each room is thoughtfully appointed, providing a restful haven for guests to recharge and rejuvenate after a day of adventures.
Janine and I live in the area too so we know it really well, will be able to help guide you to the best places around. We have 4 properties and we manage a few others, have been doing this for 3+ years. We really enjoy this area as a vacation treat for ourselves and Janine stock these houses the same way she does at our house. It comes very well stocked with everything you need.
Hernando Beach is a canal waterfront home. Every home here is waterfront - you can fish and kayak right from the backyard. Also bring your boat or rent one and dock here in the private dock. Hernando Beach is also only a few minutes away from Florida's Weeki Wachee Springs - home of a beautiful natural spring that has a lot of manatees. It is also home of America's first Live Mermaid show. Hernando Beach is also only 15 minutes away from major restaurants such as Chipotle, Cody's, Texas Roadhouse etc... and stores such as Home Depot, Starbucks, Walmart etc.... It's "far enough" but "close enough".
