Located just over the hill from Las Vegas in a quiet "55 and over" neighborhood. This is a single-story manufactured home at the edge of the desert. You'll have one guest bedroom with a king bed with private bath. No same-sex couples.
We've been married 40 years, and have lived here for 10 years.
This is a "55" community, meaning you must be 55 or older to live here. That makes it quiet and slow paced. The neighborhood is located in the town of Boulder City, NV. Las Vegas is 20 minutes away.
