This historic 1916 built home was built in the shadows of the Osceola #13 mine shaft. Enjoy views of the mine from the comfort of the living room. This home was extensively remodeled in the last year, with all new furniture 03/23. It boasts 3 large bedrooms and 1 full bath. Large yard for events and parking. The back of the property is accessible to the main trail system. It is a few hundred feet away from the nearest gas station so filling up snowmobiles, ATVS/UTV's is a breeze. Every room has been completely furnished new in March 2023 new stainless steel Samsung appliances as well. Each bedroom has a smart TV. 65" TV in main living area. Has a petrified piece of wood and limestone bar. Each bedroom has memory foam mattresses. Garage is heated and available for use certain times of the year. This can be used for working on snowmobiles, ATV's, or UTV's. Being heated allows for snowmobiles to thaw out in the winter. The home is about 1.2 miles from the Swedetown Ski Chalet!

A lot of parking for vehicles and snowmobile trailers. Very quiet street. We personally know all of the neighbors have known them all for years. They are all great!
