Located in quiet Key Colony Beach, the home puts you in the heart of this small town so you'll have no trouble getting to local restaurants, parks, or shops. Relax and watch some cable TV on the mounted flatscreen in the comfy living room, or walk out onto the patio for canal views. The kitchen is open and convenient, with a dishwasher included for easy cleanup. Enjoy your meal on the covered patio with plenty of seating, or at the indoor dining table for four, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a queen bed and en suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom provides two twin beds. Additional sleeping space can be found in the living room on the twin-size daybed with a trundle. This home also provides a stacked washer and dryer for convenience, as well as an outdoor shower so you don't trek sand into the house.
