Nestled in the heart of Austin the perfect studio provides a clean, safe, and conveniently located stay during your visit. 8 minutes from downtown. 10 minutes from 6th street. 12 minutes from Q2. 29 minutes from the F1 Formula stadium. 18 minutes from the airport. You will have everything you need to recharge, rest, and relax in between exploring Austin. Let me know if you have any questions or requests.
I've been living in Austin since 2016. I've grown to really love this city and the people I've met here. In my free time I am typically chasing my dogs and cat around. I love the water, jewelry making, and watching movies. I am happy to help visitors feel comfortable and excited to be in Austin, TX. There is so much to do and I am still exploring every day!
This neighborhood is in a 13 minute walking distance of The Handcock Center which has: 24 Hour Fitness, HEB Grocery store, and other shops like Petco, liquor store, nail shop, lash shop, coffee shop, and hair salon. There are a few very good food places to check out like Wingz Up, Kismet Cafe, Jason's Deli, and HEB has a pizza shop inside their grocery store called South Flo Pizza. You can also take the city bus to get around around and see the city.
