Built-in 1884, this historic building is home to the popular 2 Cats Restaurant and the newly renovated Inn. Located in downtown Bar Harbor, the restaurant has operated for more than 25 years and is considered the best breakfast in town by locals and magazines alike. The Inn is a few minutes walk from everything Bar Harbor offers, including a free shuttle to Acadia National Park. Stay in this classic home and enjoy the free gourmet breakfast at the ever-lively 2 Cats!! Breakfast Details: Breakfast will be served at the dining room located on the first floor from 6:30am to 1pm (subject to change based on time of the year). Please see the host at the front entrance to be seated. Free breakfast includes one coffee drink, one breakfast entree' and a side (Does not include special menu). 2 Cats is Bar Harbor Staple, so it could have a wait time. We try to prioritize our Inn guests, we appreciate your patience on busy days. This apartment is centrally located, which means you can park your car at our parking spot and just walk around the town. Parking is a big issue in town during this busy season, so being to walk around has been loved by our guests. In addition, apartment is in walking distance to Village Green (urban park in the heart of downtown bar harbor); this is were you can get free shuttle buses to Acadia National Park and other popular spots in the area. These buses run quite frequently from early morning to evening. Again this helps to avoid parking issues during this busy season.
