This Sea Ranch vacation home offers guests dog-friendly accommodations and is close to the beach and playground, making it an ideal getaway for a family with younger children. Situated in the heart of Sea Ranch, guests are about five miles from Gualala for grocery shopping, and about 55 miles from Mendocino. On-site, guests may enjoy a public golf course, a restaurant and gift shop in the Lodge, and access to numerous beaches. This 1,520 square-foot home is easy-going in its decor, with a classic lodge-feel, peaked ceilings, and plenty of nice art to admire. Windows are everywhere, maximizing the view of the surrounding swaying meadow grasses. You may even catch a glimpse of deer or foxes outside! The living area is on the second floor so guests can fully enjoy the view and get the most light. Spread out over sofas and window seats while the stone-framed fireplace warms your toes. Though a flatscreen cable TV with a DVD player, and WiFi are provided, this is also the perfect time to unplug with a good book, a good board game, or good conversation.
