It has a cook's kitchen, private courtyard, 2 bedrooms & beds, a full bathroom, and washer/dryer. Keypad access. This is urban isolation - walk to everything, sleep/work/play in privacy. This is a secluded property in an upscale neighborhood. We prioritize cleanliness, privacy, and amenities.. Dogs are welcome. Mid-stay cleans available.

Your hosts, Jeff & Bethany, live and usually work on-site in the main house, which is the only other structure on this urban property. Requests sent via the AirBnB app are handled promptly. Our large, friendly dog lives here too, but has no access to the guesthouse or its courtyard. We'd love to help with any questions about your stay, including directions, recommendations, and any issues you might encounter with the guesthouse.
