Quiet location, modern and recently renovated, two story modern townhouse close to the beach, and the highway easy access to Malibu, and amenities. 20 minutes to LA Studio city and Universal Studios, 15 minutes to Pepperdine University.
I love hosting! I have been hosting on Airbnb with a 4.9 star rating for 3 years now. I am now venturing onto Booking for this property. I am an easygoing, fun-loving, working professional and father. Hosting has been a wonderful opportunity to meet new and amazing people. Note: I have two lovely boys (8yr & 10yr) who might occasionally be with me, They are extremely great kids who don’t bother anyone, but I wanted to let you know about this.
We are close to the amazing Malibu beach, and 20 minutes from Santa Monica via the Pacific coast highway. We are also 11 minutes from the Westfield mall Topanga canyon and other shopping destinations in North LA.
