"Notice of renovations:”
We are currently renovating 18 rooms, located at our 701 Orton Ave building, that began in JUNE 2022.
After the renovation, these rooms will have a high contemporary standard and be completely new, with
new bathrooms, new kitchenettes (in select units), new central AC, new windows and doors, new
flooring and new furniture. We estimate that the renovations will be completed in July-August 2023.
All rooms we are currently renting are located in our 709 building which is across the garden from the
701 building. They include our two-economy queen rooms, two-King Deluxe rooms and two-Family
Suites. The temporary reception is also located in the 709 building in unit 10. Our pool remains open
during renovations but is located at the 701 building.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special
Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Swimming pool #1: Closed- August 15th to September 30th.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be
reimbursed on check-out provided there are no damages. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit
card, subject to an inspection of the property.
