DETAILED LAYOUT DESCRIPTION: TikTok: @ loutan vacation rentals LIVING AREA / KITCHEN: There are 9 queen beds and 3 bathrooms total in the house, and a full lower level/basement. Upon entering there is a stairway up to the main portion of the house, where you will find a large open area with vaulted ceilings and skylights. This portion contains the kitchen, dining area with 12 ft wooden island with under lighting and seating for 16, large chalet style living room with 4K Smart TV, and rooftop deck access with seating. Downstairs is a second living room with a Smart TV and sofa seating. The room has floor to ceiling windows. GAME ROOM: A major focal are of the house is the totally updated game room; it is totally blacked out (even the ceiling is black with sparkles!) with LED lighting all around. There is a full size 8 ft pool table in the center of the room! We have a foosball table, a countertop with seating great for board games and cards. Also a classic Pac-Man machine for some throwback games! On the other end we have a L-shaped bar counter with stools- our guests love to use this to sip some drinks hang out and watch TV. OUTDOOR: Features a BBQ charcoal grill with huge station on either side (50 sq ft counter area!) fire pit with seating, and unforgettable views of the forest to the back.
