Enjoy gorgeous panoramic views of the Gulf to the Intracoastal Waterway from the balcony and amazing sunsets every evening, weather permitting. This condominium is located right on the beach. You will be just steps away from the sugar sand beach and emerald waters. There's no better therapy! There are lots of places close by to explore. Take in views of the undisturbed Gulf Islands National Seashore as you drive or bike to Fort Pickens. Take a dolphin cruise, rent a jet ski or sailboat. There are countless options. Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant is conveniently located right across the street as well as Tom Thumb Convenience Store for any items that you may need. You can park your vehicle in our covered parking space (#410) which will provide protection from the hot Florida sun. Our unit is on the west end of the building overlooking the pool and hot tub. There is a king size bed in one room and a queen bed plus twin daybed with trundle in the other room offering a wide variety of sleeping arrangements for up to six people. The full kitchen with a separate dining area makes meal time easy. In addition, there is a community charcoal grill located on the 1st floor in the patio area directly below our unit.. There are two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub and shower combination. The complex has two elevators. Also, there is a coin laundry located on the garage level so please remember to bring some quarters and laundry products if you intend to use this facility. Our condo is set up to be easy and welcoming and to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay and return home relaxed and with a lifetime of great memories.
​Welcome to our favorite vacation spot! James grew up in Pensacola and we always visited the beach with our twin boys and our daughter. Inspired by all of the therapies that we have taken our special needs daughter to for more than 20 years, we decided that we needed our own type of therapy- beach therapy! We hope that you will feel relaxed and comfortable during your stay and create many special memories while you are in our little slice of paradise. You are welcome to come as often as you wish. Everyone deserves a little beach therapy!
