Our cozy Oregon coast cottage is located 10 minutes north of Newport and 10 minutes south of Depoe Bay by beautiful Beverly Beach State Park. Tucked into a private quiet neighborhood, the house is a 2 min. drive to the beach. Built in 2007, the house features all the modern comforts and amenities one expects and it doesn't smell moldy! We've made every effort to think of all the little things that will make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. Our cottage is designed with the living room, kitchen and half bath on the main floor with both bedrooms, Jack and Jill bathroom and laundry closet located upstairs. With soaring vaulted ceilings, the large master bedroom features a gas fireplace, high end California King size mattress and quality all cotton bed linens brushed for softness. The nautical themed second bedroom features a queen size bed and opens on to the Jack and Jill bathroom. Both beds have duvet covers and all bedding and blankets are washed before each guests stay.

This is our second endeavor into hospitality and look forward to helping you create great memories with your family! We hope to attract folks who understand that life is about simple pleasures - friends, family, good food and great conversation. We've done our best to create a comfortable, relaxing space for your enjoyment. Welcome! We live close by, but encourage our guests to check themselves in for their own convenience with the lock box. Our safe neighborhood is nice and quiet. It's very low traffic and great for taking walks. Down the road next to the house is undeveloped forest land that locals use to hike with great trails to mountain bike through as well. House is close to popular surfing spots and Devil's Punch Bowl. We don't have access to public transportation in the neighborhood, but you can walk down the hill to the highway and catch the bus . You can also take a cab into town if you don't want to drive. The house offers easy parking for three cars.
